"David and Holly went above and beyond in every conceivable way! The move went quickly and smoothly--the team packed the house in record time, and it's hard to express how comforting it was to walk into the new apartment with all the furniture already arranged and the boxes gone! They were also spectacular with managing the hundreds of small glitches that inevitably arise in a move--including having an extra long HDMI cables to connect the TV where we wanted it, rather than where the cable box was located!

The team also has contacts that can help with dealing with everything left over from a move. My parents had lived in their house for 45 years, and not everything went to the new place. David and Holly put us in touch with all kinds of people to find new homes for old furniture. In the end, COVID foiled some plans, but David and Holly came through.

In addition to being careful and efficient, the pricing was more than fair. They have remained highly responsive and provided a lot of personal attention and service even after the move.

After getting their quote I was very discouraged as the price was very high. They were reasonably priced, told me not to pack anything because they would come with their crew to sort, pack, move me and have everything in place by the end of the moving day. "I recently down-sized from a three-level townhome to a small apartment in a senior co-op. The task was too overwhelming to face alone. A friend recommended Brilliant Moves. After interviewing two other moving services (including Gentle Transitions), I hired Brilliant Moves. Owners Holly and David, and their crew, sorted, packed and moved everything I wanted to take with me, then used an online auction service to sell other items. Finally, they donated or recycled everything else and cleaned the entire townhouse so it was ready for the new owners. Then...they unpacked and put away everything in my new home, set up my internet and TV, made my bed and removed all packing materials. As you can tell, I can't say enough great things about them! Holly and David were so kind and caring. They did everything for me and made my relocation as stress-free as possible.
